Steven Lusby
Executive Chef

Taste: Iron Chef 2011 Champion

Steven is a 4th generation culinary professional. He joined the 82 Queen team as a Sous Chef in 2006 and was promoted to Executive Chef in 2010. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Steven's cooking philosophy leans toward dishes that are reminiscent of home cooking while incorporating local, seasonal ingredients. He strongly supports the "farm to table" philosophy in his personal and professional cooking.

Steven holds the 2011 Taste: Iron Chef title. The competition, which is part of October's Taste of Charleston weekend, features two pairs of chefs competing in a heated head-to-head battle featuring secret ingredients - 2011's secret ingredients: Pumpkin and Chocolate.

Johnny Williams
