INGREDIENTS:
1/4 lb. diced bacon
1/2 cup diced sweet onion
2 14-oz. jar Heinz ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 tbsp. Southern Comfort
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/8 cup Worchestershire sauce
2 tbsp. yellow mustard
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 bay leaves

PREPARATION:
Saute bacon until crisp. Add onions. Cook until onions are transparent. Add all other ingredients, except Southern Comfort. Cook 20 minutes and remove from heat, then add Southern Comfort.
